What is Bluecheck?

Note: This page is for reference only; you will not be able to input your information here. to require age verification for all domestic United States customers. This age verification is done by BlueCheck and is required to ensure that only customers of legal age are allowed to purchase e liquid and vaping supplies. If you are an international customer, you will not be required to complete this process. Below you can find a step-by-step instructional guide for completing this age verification.


The basic requirements for what you will need to provide for verification are:


Date of Birth

Phone Number

Last 4 Digits of Social Security Number

    Be sure that you use the exact same information any time you go through the BlueCheck verification process. Any changes to the information you enter, including capitalization, spelling, or punctuation, may cause the verification to fail, causing you to have to repeat the process multiple times.


    Please note: If this is your first time verifying your age and you are under 27, you will also be required to submit a picture (aka "selfie") of you and your ID. If Blue Check is unable to verify that you are of legal age to receive vaping related products, you will be prompted to complete the photo process as well,  no matter your age.


    After you have been verified once, you will be able to make further orders without going through the entire process again. If you encounter any difficulties during the age verification process, feel free to reach out to for assistance.


    The first couple popups you will see are letting you know that we need to verify your age.


    After you get through the first 3 popups by pushing “Continue,” it will ask for your first and last name, date of birth, cell phone number* (so they can send you a code), and the last 4 digits of your social security number**.

    If you have an iPad or Tablet, you can do a Safari or Google search for a list of free text messaging apps which will assign you a phone number.


    **If you are not comfortable providing the last 4 of your SSN, you may opt to have your age manually verified by BlueCheck instead. Click on the text that says "Don't have an SSN?" and you will be prompted to upload two photos (one of your ID, and one of you holding your ID). Alternatively, you may choose to email these photos to


    After you get approved or provide a photo, you will be brought back to Step 1 of checkout. Once you receive an email from BlueCheck stating you are good to go, you will need to move forward to the order confirmation step of checkout and click on "Verify Age and Proceed" once more. After you enter your name and date of birth, you will be asked for the 4-digit code that was sent to the cell phone number you provided.

    Why was my order declined?

    If the information entered does not match your credit card your order will get declined. Please ensure your information is up to date with your bank to avoid this error.


    My order was declined but it is still showing that I was charged. Why is this?

    The charge you see on your account is a pending charge to ensure the funds are available to complete the order, however you are not charged until your order is fulfilled. Generally this charge is reversed in 24-48 hours of the order being placed if your verification gets declined. 


    How quick is the turn around for sending the photo of the ID and yourself before getting the O.K. to continue with the purchase?

    Immediate - the majority of our verifications happen within 5 minutes.


    Can we, as the consumer, cross out any information on our ID if we don't want to give out such as our SSN or Driver's License number?

    No, BlueCheck needs to see the full license (to show it's not clipped); including your picture, full name, date of birth, and the license number.


    Who has access to the information? Who is verifying those that send in photos of them with their ID? 

    BlueCheck have access to the information. They manually verify the photos sent in by hand.
